Frequently Asked Questions1) How long will my order take? All custom orders usually take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. No work can begin until payment has been received or your check has cleared. 2) Can my background color be something other than white? Yes, absolutely! By default all our stools are base coated white, unless otherwise specified. If you would like a different color, please specify in the details when describing your custom project. 3) What does each piece of furniture cost? Four Legged Stools: $155 per stool 4) Where is your furniture made? All furniture is made of hardwood from managed United States forests. Each piece is then assembled and hand painted in our own workshop in Western Springs, IL. 5) How is my furniture shipped? All furniture is shipped 1st Class via USPS or via UPS Ground. Free shipping is included on every order. 6) Can I request my order be expedited?
All orders can be expedited upon request. The order will be assembled and painted to meet a shorter deadline. All expedited orders will be shipped express. There is an additional $25 service fee for all expedited orders. |
